Behind one link you can add several numbers and decide who gets each chat: by turns, working hours, country or where the visitor came from. Every click is counted, without bots or link previews.

No. Links open a normal chat in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on phones and desktop. There is nothing to install, nothing to get approved, and no per-message fee. You reply from WhatsApp exactly as you do today.

Yes. The free plan includes one branded link with your own name, a QR code and 7 days of click history, and it never expires. You can change the number or message any time.

Smart routing puts several WhatsApp numbers behind one link. Each click is sent to one of them based on the mode you pick: split by turns or weight, working hours, visitor country, or traffic source. Every live link’s first active number is free.

In working-hours, country and source modes, the designated fallback number catches everyone who does not match a rule, so no visitor ever hits a dead end.

With sticky routing enabled, a visitor who clicks again within 30 minutes or 24 hours reaches the same teammate they spoke with previously, avoiding repeated explanations.

Adding {{code}} to your message gives each click a unique 6-character reference (e.g. K7Q2MX). When the message arrives in WhatsApp, paste the code into your dashboard to see which campaign and source produced the chat.

A click is a real human visit that triggers a WhatsApp redirect. Social media link previews (when WhatsApp, Facebook, or Twitter crawls your link for a preview card) are filtered out, and bots are strictly excluded.

No. Visitor IP addresses are never stored. Unique visitors are calculated using a keyed one-way cryptographic hash with workspace-specific salt.

There are no complex tiers. Branded links are ₹699/yr ($8/yr), and extra numbers for smart routing are ₹399/mo or ₹3,999/yr ($4.50/mo or $45/yr). Any purchase unlocks all premium features for the entire workspace.

Workspaces get 14 days of free trial. When it ends, nothing is deleted. If you have more live links than the free plan allows, you get 14 days of grace period to choose which links stay live.
